R&D Home Remodeling offers exceptional remodeling services for your in-home needs. Our main expertise lies in transforming your kitchen or bathroom into a new and fresh environment, but we have put our skills to work into finishing basements, building home additions and decks, changing garage spaces into beautiful bedrooms and designing and building in-home libraries for your book collections.

Our Remodeling Process

MEET AND INITIAL CONSULTATION

The remodeling project starts off with an initial consultation, during which we will discuss all the details regarding your needs, likes, possibilities, options, etc. We will make suggestions, give alternatives trying to make sure that everything you had in mind it’s accomplishable. We’ll take measurements and reference photos that will be used for designing the project and discuss the budget.

DESIGN AND BUDGET APPROVAL

We will discuss design ideas and once you approve the conceptual design, we will work on the budget plan. We will take all parts in consideration: labor, rough and finish materials, etc. We can provide all finish materials (e.g. cabinets, bath tubs, tiles, doors, etc.) and rough materials (e.g.: wood, wires, pipes, wander boards, etc.), but you can choose to buy the finish materials yourself and we can assist you. We usually finish the project leaving the walls ready for paint, but if you want to use us for painting too, we can help at an additional cost.

ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL

After everything has been approved, we review the design details and pricing and sign the remodeling contract which includes details of materials to be used, payment information and estimated time frame from start to end of your project. Also, we’ll order all needed materials, so we can move forward.

FINAL REVIEW

Once we have all finish materials on site, we check everything for damages, cracks, stains, etc. to make sure that you, our client, are satisfied with their quality. If all is approved, we head towards the next step.

PRODUCTION

We start the project and work as planned. Great planning and customer feedback ensures a smooth remodeling experience. During this step, we will be making sure that we communicate any changes with the client, that we will protect te client's property and keep our work area clean and safe, and that we will coordinate state and county inspections needed.

FINALIZING THE PROJECT

When we finish the project, we are taking the client on a walk-through, going over all details. If there are any additional concernc, we will make sure to address them before wrapping up.

Description of work: Converting an existing garage into a master suite.

First let me start off by saying Luciano and his team are wonderful! When starting the remodel I was not sure of the best layout and what kind of design I was looking for. We couldn't be happier with our master bathroom remodel that R&D Home Remodeling recently completed. Our contractor, Luciano, was great at explaining everything throughout the entire process and gave suggestions on where I could save money. He constantly kept me in the loop of what the next steps would be so I understood and approved everything before he moved forward. The estimates are very fair, the work was completed timely, and they did a great job at controlling the construction dirt. Better than expected. They actually took the time to explain to me and my mother whom The work was being done for. They made my mother at ease. Which put me at ease.
My mothers house needed a lot of interior work done. From piping to electrical repairs, painting and foundation support for the house through the garage. This contract group was one of the most professional groups that I have ever dealt with. This work was done on my mothers house and I live out of state. I will come down periodically to check on the work in progress. They always keep me up-to-date and always show me little problems that may lead to big problems and gave me the option to fix. My mother is elderly and they were very patient with her working around her schedule while at the same time completing The work that needs to be done on their schedule. I would highly recommend them for any big job that needs to be done. They will explain to you what needs to be done. They don’t take shortcuts or quickfix or patchwork if that’s what you want done then these are not your people. If you want something done correctly and properly when you call this company R&D remodeling. Pricing was competitive in on par with what I had scouted out previously. They do the work so they don’t have to come back in and redo it. Any other work that will be done I will definitely be hiring them and recommending them.
